DubLi's Product Line
DubLi Network was started by Michael Hansen in 2003 and set up in with their HQ in Berlin, Germany. Just recently, DubLi has also developed business centers in both the US and Australia. Where they have HQ's doesn't really matter that much though, since they are doing business solely online and serve the entire planet.
DubLi is not doing auctions the way we are used to seing them, though. They have made it so the lowest bidder actually wins the auction! DubLi's unique angle is that every person who wants to make a bid, must in fact pay a small fee to do so. This way, DubLi Network are making enough money from everyone bidding at the auction so that they can afford letting the products go to the lowest bidder after the time deadline is over, and still make a nice profit.
Besides the reversed auction part, The Dubli Network also consists of "ordinary" online shopping where people get great discounts by using their portals.
The Business
DubLi markets their services through the network marketing business model, giving people the perfect opportunity to take part in what they are creating here.
Now, DubLi Network offers people three ways to earn money with them.
The very first method is the auctions. As you refer new customer to their online auction service and they want to place bids, they will have to purchase credits first in order to pay for the small fee do that. This will earn you a percentage off of every bid your customers want to make, as you buy these credits from DubLi and resell them to your customers with a profit.
Furthermore, the 2nd way you can earn commissions is by refering new customers to DubLi Network's online shopping portal. DubLi gives their customers great discounts when they choose to buy products through their sites, so you could potentially capture many new customers that wants to utlize this portal.
The third and last method you can earn money from with DubLi Network, is to find other people that also want to earn money through refering new customers to the site just as you are doing. You earn money both on the initial getting-started packages which every new marketers has to buy, and you'll get paid a piece out of everything that new marketer is earning also, so you have a financial insentive to actually help them in getting new customers to their own sites.
So, Is It Just a Bunch of Hype?
DubLi is definitely not a scam - the company and opportunity are very legit and it's pretty straigh-forward to understand both the product and how you make money.
If DubLi Network will actually be as large as they are claiming that they will be, though, can only be determined by the future and is virtually impossible to make any predictions on.
If you do like the concept and what they have to offer you after doing the proper due dilligence, this might be the opportunity you are looking for to earn a great residual income for yourself. And who knows? It might turn out to be the next eBay, after all!
However, if you find out that you want to market this opportunity and partake in the money making aspect of DubLi, the best advice I can give you, something I didn't understand before after I spent years of trial and error in this industry, is that it is vital for you to locate and use a great online marketing system to market and present your business opportunity for you the right way infront of your potential customers.
DubLi is definitely a great product and you can absolutely earn some money by referring it to your friends and acquaintances, but eventually you will need to jump into the cold market to find new potential customers and marketers.

Homes in the Indianapolis real estate market are no stranger to animals, and one key problem that buyers on the housing market run into is the presence of pets. While pets are a wonderful addition to a home, they are animals, and as such will behave like animals. This can spell problems for your furniture, carpets and walls when trying to sell your home. If you are looking at properties in the Indianapolis area, know that there are plenty that are former pet homes, and there are some factors to consider before signing the dotted line.
First off, it doesn’t matter how neat and tidy the house you are looking at is; if you are shopping Indianapolis real estate that had a pet living in it, rest assured that the pet peed somewhere in the house. Maybe in a closet, maybe in a hallway, but it peed. Now consider how you would feel if you knew that a person had peed on your carpets; you would be repulsed and disgusted, yet when an animal, whose diet is considerably worse than our own does this act, we tend to get out the shampooer and shrug it off. Pet stains are a major consideration when looking at the floors of your home.
Cat owners, consider this. Cats are especially territorial, and if they smell the presence of another animal they will do all they can to mark the area. Boy cats will especially go out of their way to establish the area as theirs, and will mark it if they can. If they are fixed, you still run the risk of them urinating to cover the other animals scent. The smell of cat urine should be a definite red light when shopping for homes on the Indianapolis real estate market.
Now, consider the pet hair that is left behind. While you might get the carpets cleaned or even removed, this does not remove the pet hair that has accrued in closets, shelves and most notable, the vents of your home. You will need to go through your Indianapolis real estate and thoroughly have your vent systems cleaned as well as your home fumigated to completely remove any pet dander. If you have children, this can be a major concern due to allergies.
Now consider the state of the yard. Indianapolis real estate is ripe with animals, and animals tend to make a mess of a yard if left unchecked. Make sure that the prior owners haven’t let their pets destroy a section of yard, and if they have, ask that it be taken care of before the home is sold. You shouldn’t have to clean up after their pets.
Finally, look at the state of the walls. Sometimes dogs will go out of their way to mark territory, and one way of doing this is marking high surfaces like walls. Don’t let yourself be talked into a home covered in dog urine that was blocked by a simple coat of paint; this doesn’t remove the bacteria or fumes that come with the marking, and it will cause problems later on.
When choosing a home on the Indianapolis real estate market, you have hundreds of options. Just like anywhere else, some will be good and some will be nightmares, but if you know what to look for, the problem of pets doesn’t have to be yours.

Tips On How To Buy A Car From A Private Seller

Prepare yourself to spend some time on this process; looking at private party vehicles takes a lot more time than shopping at a car lot. A good way to begin is to identify the sources of information available.
Certainly there is nothing wrong with starting in your own local newspaper classified ads, vehicle booklets that are usually found alongside the real estate flyers in convenience stores can supplement this. These publications allow sellers to put pictures of their vehicles with their ads as well as have them distributed to a predetermined set of areas they select and pay for.
Another great way to look for private party vehicles is the Internet, most newspapers now have a web page that shows their classified ads; so you can look in several of these over a 50-mile radius of your home. Just cut and paste the ads from each paper into a Word document. When you have printed this out, you may have the results from 2 or 3 newspapers on just one or two sheets of paper, and you didn't have to go out and purchase a bunch of newspapers you don't need.
Something else to consider when looking at private party vehicles is the environment you find them in. It has been my experience that if the home connected to the vehicle you're looking at is run down and unkempt, then it is a fair bet the vehicle may be in the same condition. Normally it is a very good yardstick to use on judging a vehicle's possible condition.
Another tip is to ask the owner why they are selling the car. This too can tell you a good deal about the possible condition. If they say they have 5 cars and they just don't use it any more; make sure you check the registration sticker on the back license plate. If it is out of date, ask if they just forgotten to put it on or if it needs to be renewed. This can be very important if you live in a state that requires a mandatory smog check before the transferring of a car between private owners. It could be that the vehicle couldn't pass the smog check, which is another thing to find out up front. In California, for example, registration requires a passing smog check within 90 days. Most states make it the responsibility of the selling party to sec that their vehicle passes the smog check before selling it, but many people are not aware of this factor or just ignore it.
If you find that the vehicle is not currently registered then you need to know how long it has been that way. If it’s been awhile then the owner should have gone to the DMV and gotten what is called a ‘non-op registration'. Basically a small fee is paid for the vehicle to be designated a non-operational status. At such time you choose to use it again, you just go in and pay the fees due and you can put it back on the road.
By the same token, if the owner just stopped using the vehicle and did not go through this process, then the person buying the vehicle will have to pay all fees due to put it back on the road. This can get very expensive depending on how long it has been unregistered.

Disney World Vacation Top Money Saving Tips

Everyone knows that a Disney World vacation is not the cheapest of vacations. It’s such a magical experience that we all want to see and do everything – and that costs money. Here are some of the top tips on making your bucks go further in Disney World.
Plan before you go:
Do as much research as you can before you go, particularly if it’s your first visit. The most common mistake is making impulse decisions and purchases due to the excitement of the trip. Allow yourself time before you book your vacation to shop around for the best deals for accommodation, travel, etc.
Search the Internet to obtain those ever-useful money-off coupons and on-line deals. They’re available for a variety of goods and services, not just groceries, and you can save a lot of money by remembering those valuable vouchers.
Draw up a framework itinerary to find out which Disney Tickets you are likely to need. Changing or up-grading them will cost you cash which could have been extra holiday spending money.
Plan when you will go:
Florida doesn’t have cold winters so, if you can, why not travel off-season. A Disney World vacation off-season is not only less expensive but the parks will not be so crowded too. If you have to pull your kids out of school, they will still get their educational fix from Epcot and Animal Kingdom. Airfares to Orlando can be cheaper mid-January till February, and September till October.
Plan where you will stay:
Of course the ideal place to stay on a Disney World vacation is a Disney World resort. However these can be very expensive, especially for a large family. How about renting a vacation home outside of Disney World? Accommodation is spacious and comfortable and means that all the family can stay together instead of in various hotel rooms. Size and amenities offered vary from villa to villa, but are guaranteed to provide a much-needed refuge off-park when exhaustion hits.
Plan how much to spend:
Set yourself a budget for vacation spending money, and try to stick to it. Don’t go shopping for souvenirs everyday – you will spend more than you plan to. Instead, save your shopping trip for later in the vacation when you’ve seen the parks and have a good idea of where to spend your money. This will cut out impulse buys and may even save you time.
Plan to do some FREE things:
Yes, believe it or not, there are activities on a Disney World vacation that don’t cost a thing and you just need to know where to look to find them. Visit some of Disney’s resort hotels, tour the grounds where you can listen to the music, see the wonderful architecture and gardens – and if you’re really lucky you may see some Walt Disney characters. Go to the Boardwalk, soak up the atmosphere and just hang out, or visit Celebration.
So, armed with these money-saving tips, your Disney World vacation won’t burn a hole in your pocket.
